
Just 34% of cyber pros plan to stick with their current employer
Declining job satisfaction means that only one in three (34%) cybersecurity professionals plan to stay with their current employer, increasing the pressure on CISOs’ talent retention strategies. And according to a survey of 500 cybersecurity professionals by IANS and Artico Search, while salary remains important it is not the primary driver of retention. Flexible work models correlate strongly with satisfaction and retention, however.
